The NHS's National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) advises acupuncture for chronic lower back pain.
Our practitioners relax muscles and tendons and activate the body's energy flow; treat and restore injured soft tissues; relieve disc-related pain by stimulating acupuncture points to reduce nerve compression; and promote blood circulation to balance the whole body.
